I had the pleasure of the Chivalry Plumbing fixing my gas heater problem, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The office staff was incredibly pleasant and professional making appointment and communicating further, it was smooth and hassle-free. The technician Eric was equally impressively knowledgeable and able to explain the details concisely to a non professional. He was pleasant to work with and also highly professional and accommodating. He listened to my concerns, addressed them promptly, and ensured that everything was done to the highest standard. The attention to detail and commitment to do the best job possible was clear. I highly recommend Chivalry Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing and heating needs. Added on 12/8: Chivalry followed up on their repairs a few days after the initial visit and since my main level still did not get heat I asked for a repeat visit from the technician. This time it was Anthony who confirmed we had a problem with thermostat and the faulty valve on the pipe. I did suspect the thermostat problem but it is an ancient manual version (and I would rather keep it vs all these new ones), but I would never figure out the wiring. Happy the thermostat stays :) Anthony was quick and knowledgeable and I FINALLY have heat in the whole house, and very timely as it is freezing outside. Thank you.
