I had a sewage drainage clog that caused water to back up in the storage room in my basement. Chivalry came the next day to assess. David was very professional, informative, and empathetic. My trap was under a foot and a half of concrete so he had to dig through all of that to access and clear the blockage. I'm very happy with the service. I called Chivalry due to an emergency backup of our sewer lines. In the course of fixing the problem, photos and videos were taken of the pipes in my crawl space and many problems were discovered that contributed to the emergency situation. The technicians corrected our problems and left the house in spotless condition. They kept me informed throughout and I didn't feel that I was being pressured to make a particular decision.
