Joe was very knowledgeable and efficient in determining the pool heater size and electrical connection. He provided an estimate on site which we were happy with. We feel confident in his capabilities and that the work will be done in a highly satisfactory manner.

During the job, Joe organized the pool heater team, quickly followed by the electrician for hook up, then Joe performed the gas plumbing. The finished product looks and works great, and we couldn’t be happier over the excellent timing of the job!

I guided Joe to that area, although several possible leak sources remained. Despite the challenge, he found the exact source and completed the repair. He also respected my request to preserve the leaking component.

And the cleanup? Phenomenal! Despite opening part of my shower wall, Joe left my bathroom remarkably clean, possibly cleaner than when he arrived! He even brought equipment to help clear the airborne dust.

One constructive suggestion: Having moisture meters and other noninvasive diagnostic tools available directly to the plumbing team could help narrow down potential leak locations before opening walls. The earlier assessments were invaluable in my situation.
