Update - I had another issue with my oil burner on 10/24/26. Chivalry came out the same day, fixed the problem and had me up and running in no time. Super professional. Reasonable price. Excellent service

I’ve been having minor issues with my oil burner for a few weeks now so I called Chivalry on Monday 12/29. By 11:30 am Tuesday 12/30 they had a wonderful technician named Nick at my house. Nick was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and did really nice job and clean work. I’d highly recommend Chivalry. From the initial phone call through the repair itself, this company was professional and made things really easy for me. Very reasonable rates as well. If you’re having heating or cooling problems, this is the company to call.

This company and service team are fantastic! When I first spoke to Kaye, and Andy. I knew I was in great hands. Their professional manner and patience is invaluable. My home needed a new sewer line and I was stressed. I had previous plumbing service, and unfortunately was not satisfied. Kaye informed me that Joe would lead the service evaluation and it was excellent. Joe and Dan are terrific! They are both highly knowledgeable, professional and quite personable. Joe was very knowledgeable and efficient in determining the pool heater size and electrical connection. He provided an estimate on site which we were happy with. We feel confident in his capabilities and that the work will be done in a highly satisfactory manner.

During the job, Joe organized the pool heater team, quickly followed by the electrician for hook up, then Joe performed the gas plumbing. The finished product looks and works great, and we couldn’t be happier over the excellent timing of the job!
