I had a leak that we didn’t know the source. Eric asked questions and listened to my ideas and didn’t laugh lol. He worked tirelessly to diagnosis the source without doing too much damage to the floor/walls etc. When he found the source of the leak, he showed me and explained what needed to be done. Most important, he gave me options knowing that cost was important. He went above and beyond my expectations.
