I’ve been meaning to write this for a while. Back in Fall 2025, Chivalry Plumbing installed our new boiler and removed the old one, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Will, Anthony, and Eric were fantastic to work with. They were professional, respectful of our home, and incredibly clean and neat throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how efficiently they worked. They completed a full boiler installation and removal in just one day, and the setup they put in is top notch. I had a serious gas leak in ny 1923 house in Elmont. Being that others on the job have used this company, I figured I would give them a try. They sent out David in a timely manner being that the main was turned off by the Regs. David was informative and patient with my cost concerns and product placement with sheet rock being cut away. I can say that he did his honest best and gave me 2 quotes which I could swing. There was a payment plan available on there website if I wanted that route. I feel that this company has excellent customer service. They chose wisely with David and Anthony that partnered him on the large job that was done in a day. I recommend this company and ask for these 2 men as they are the best when I was seriously overwhelmed.

I contacted this company because I thought I had a plumbing-related leak. Brandon, with assistance from Anthony, took the time to properly assess the situation and ultimately ruled out plumbing as the cause. Instead, they pointed me in the direction of a possible roof flashing issue. I especially want to recognize Brandon for his honesty and professionalism. He could have easily gone along with unnecessary work, but instead, he was upfront and steered me in the right direction. That kind of integrity is hard to find and truly appreciated.
