What can I say , just amazing totally professional work done by this company, they worked on my boiler we had a broken baseboard heater that froze and caused a huge water damage, they repaired the radiator leak and did some repair on my boiler that caused the problem,I’ll recommend them with any plumbing, heating and Ac work , very reliable, and very prompt , when they say a time you bet they will be at your place within the time frame mentioned, , the job was done so well I even gave them more work to replace my 18 year old water heater and to replace my kitchen faucet, Joe is the best trust me I used other companies and nothing came close i I’ give them 5 star plus , Thank you guys for your excellent service.

Called Chivalry after 6pm on a Friday evening on the coldest night of the year with an issue with my gas boiler not working. They were speedy, professional and took care of the issue the same night for a reasonable rate. They were great.

I called Chivalry on a reference and was not disappointed. Nick was able to address and fix an issue I’d been having for over a year with my radiant heat. I had 2 other plumbing companies come in prior and the problem continued. Nick also took the time to answer questions and make suggestions on other things not related to my main issue. He was extremely professional throughout. First and foremost I’m not a review writer… However the professionalism, honesty and integrity that Nick and Rich exemplified was stellar. I am extremely calculated and picky about who I let enter my home and can spot a bs artist a mile away. I’ve been having minor issues with my oil burner for a few weeks now so I called Chivalry on Monday 12/29. By 11:30 am Tuesday 12/30 they had a wonderful technician named Nick at my house. Nick was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and did really nice job and clean work. I’d highly recommend Chivalry. From the initial phone call through the repair itself, this company was professional and made things really easy for me. Very reasonable rates as well. If you’re having heating or cooling problems, this is the company to call.

I had a sewage drainage clog that caused water to back up in the storage room in my basement. Chivalry came the next day to assess. David was very professional, informative, and empathetic. I called Chivalry due to an emergency backup of our sewer lines. In the course of fixing the problem, photos and videos were taken of the pipes in my crawl space and many problems were discovered that contributed to the emergency situation. My central Air Conditioning unit broke down Friday Night. I called multiple people and Chivalry was the only person that answered. Summer Fridays Companies don't work i guess ? Savannah immediately set up an appointment Saturday Morning for Nick to come by Ten AM. He worked so hard but unfortunately needed a part from the warehouse. Monday morning by 8am they contacted me and Nick was already picking up the part and coming to my house by 10am and by noon my air conditioning was fixed. They were absolutely amazing, considerate , professional and did not charge emergency fees. We have now decided to use Chivalry for all our plumbing, heating and cooling needs .

I had 3 reputable Plumbing Companies come to my house and troubleshoot my heating system and try to figure out why house wouldn’t go over a certain temperature on Cold Days. This was the first time I called Chivalry Plumbing based on the great reviews I read about them. I’m so glad I did. I needed plumbing pipes capped inside a wall at my mom’s house. The same day I called to inquire about those services, they sent David, an ace service technician, who analyzed and completed the job to my satisfaction as he had to remove a cabinet to get pipe exposure. He was extremely helpful and patient answering all of my questions (I had a lot of them), and I plan on calling Chivalry in the future, requesting David, to evaluate and maintain plumbing, heating and AC in my house as well.

Chris, Anthony and Eric had to break up my basement to remove the 2 inch pipe to the main stack. The pipe was completely clogged, worn and destroyed. They replaced the pipe with a 3 inch PVC pipe for a better flow and out come. Chris, Anthony and Eric are True Professionals who are Disciplined, Organized and Thorough.They worked Very Hard as a Cohesive Team and Unit. They Exemplified Efficiency and Precision. I had a serious gas leak in ny 1923 house in Elmont. Being that others on the job have used this company, I figured I would give them a try. They sent out David in a timely manner being that the main was turned off by the Regs. David was informative and patient with my cost concerns and product placement with sheet rock being cut away. I can say that he did his honest best and gave me 2 quotes which I could swing. There was a payment plan available on there website if I wanted that route. I feel that this company has excellent customer service. They chose wisely with David and Anthony that partnered him on the large job that was done in a day. I recommend this company and ask for these 2 men as they are the best when I was seriously overwhelmed.

We are highly satisfied with the work Chivalry did for us. We hired Chivalry to replace our house sewer line. The job was completed within a day, including excavation, pipe replacement and backfilling. They did a very clean and professional job. They also removed the house trap without causing any damage to our basement floor concrete slab, which was a big money saver for us. Additionally, this job required the removal of the tree in front of our house, which belongs to the Village. Chivalry went out of their way to help us get approval from the village to remove the tree, writing a letter to the village on our behalf.
